Powerpoint warp dimensional generator

I'm teaching two classes thiw quarter - it makes a tremendous difference.

So I'm reworking presentations for my classes. Both that I've taught before. A note at Jill's brought me to David Byrne's Powerpoint.

This ain't your daddy's powerpoint.

So today, I'm basically drawing, sketching, painting...Augmenting the content I already have with my visuals. Always a good thing to feed the soul.

We share our work, I suspect these slides will be singularly mine.

Hopefully Jill also pointed you to Tufte's POV on Powerpoint which followed Byrne's in Wired (or maybe you found it on your own). Anyway, if you haven't seen it:

Thanks -g. Steve Jacobs just sent that out to all the IT faculty. It's a worthwhile read.
