After a two-year respite, I'm back to boxing. Homework for the weekend: stance, footwork, jab and right. (right).
I hear my dad in my head saying, "If you're gonna hit someone - mean it. If you're gonna hit someone - aim a foot behind them." (And further admonishments not to hit like a girl...and I don't).
Just hit targets today, maybe next week I go for the face. Regardless, smacking things feels great.

It is in the possession of a select few. (I'm not sure whom). I haven't seen it, and for some reason it still gets shown to some sections of freshmen seminar...I don't know why.
I thought so - it was mentioned in Professor Lawley's classes a couple of times. A rather interesting video if I remember correctly. :-)
