Walking dots

Courtesy of Jon Schull (via email, not blog), this beautiful simulation of one's gait clearly indicates various ranges in a walk. Sliders can be moved to show ranges in gender, weight, nervousness and happiness/sadness.

Forget the most imperfect Gender Genie. This is much better.

That's really cool. When I didn't see the lines at first, I got the imeage of stars in a constellation. Need more coffee (I'm getting a very slow start today).

That is sooo cool! Interesting to see the difference between gaits with narrow male hips and wider female hips. I put the slider on heavy and now have another reason to lose weight. One never sees onself walking--boy, on heavy a person looks like a lumbering bear. Weight Watchers, here I come!

Interesting idea...

I think I'd have to ask someone else do the settings to get a sense of the way I walk. Fun things to do around a computer with friends. I can see it now..."Are you saying I'm a nervous fat person?"
